ABOUT ME.
I started with this great hobby in 1996. i have confirmed 176 countries at the present time.
My first radio was a Ranger 3500. 25 watts and a gp 5/8 wave. Now i using a RCI 2950. I have 3 antennas, a modified 4 element yagi, vertical 5/8 and i have also a 35 meter long wire dipol.
I am 23 years old, not maried and no children. i have a girlfriend. she is 18 years old.
Her name is Eli Kristin.
We live in the sentral part of norway. 70 km north of Trondheim.the town is called Skogn

We are mostly standing by on 27.555mhz or 26.285mhz on the usb mode.Mostly in the winter time i using 26.285 at daytime because off the qrm from south europe on 27 mhz. but i am back on the 27. mhz after 1600cet.As you maybe know, I am a big fan of the aurora propogation, So that is the skip i am locking for.
My qth is not so high, only 240 meters over sea level. But its no montains around me so the qth are really good. I can copy stations who are 200 km from me on the groundwave/local.
I have my beam about 8 meters over the ground, the vertical is about 5 meters over the ground. its good enough for me.
My hobbies are: Salmon fishing, football (ROSENBORG) and dx-ing of course.
